Service Terms & Conditions

ALPHA WISE ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. has established the following terms and conditions for its services.

Warranty Terms and Conditions for Power Banks

  1. Warranty Period:
    • The power bank is covered by a 2-years warranty from the date stated on the receipt.
    • A valid purchase receipt is required to claim a product replacement or refund.
  2. Warranty Coverage:
    • The warranty applies only to defects caused by normal use and/or manufacturing defects.
    • The warranty only covers the following issues:
      • Power bank does not charge.
      • Power bank does not output power.
      • LED indicator does not function properly.
    Warranty Conditions:
    • Within 7 days: Customers can exchange the defective product for a new one at the store or authorized dealer where it was purchased, free of charge.
    • Within 2 years: Customers can send the defective product to ALPHA WISE ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) for inspection.
  3. Product Replacement Policy:
    • If the defective product is confirmed, ALPHA WISE ELECTRONICS will replace it with the same model.
    • If the original model is unavailable, a replacement with a model of equal or lower value will be provided.
  4. Warranty Requirements:
    • The product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories, such as:
      • User manual
      • Warranty card
      • Charging cables (if applicable)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Products exceeding the 2-years warranty period.
  2. Mismatched product details between the power bank and purchase receipt.
  3. Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  4. Damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseen incidents.
  5. Improper storage, maintenance, or modifications.
  6. Damage caused by abnormal operating conditions.
  7. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by third parties.
  8. Altered, unclear, or missing warranty documents that prevent verification of warranty status.
  9. Damage not related to design or manufacturing defects.
