Warranty Terms and Conditions for Power Banks
- Warranty Period:
- The power bank is covered by a 2-years warranty from the date stated on the receipt.
- A valid purchase receipt is required to claim a product replacement or refund.
- Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty applies only to defects caused by normal use and/or manufacturing defects.
- The warranty only covers the following issues:
- Power bank does not charge.
- Power bank does not output power.
- LED indicator does not function properly.
- Within 7 days: Customers can exchange the defective product for a new one at the store or authorized dealer where it was purchased, free of charge.
- Within 2 years: Customers can send the defective product to ALPHA WISE ELECTRONICS (MALAYSIA) for inspection.
- Product Replacement Policy:
- If the defective product is confirmed, ALPHA WISE ELECTRONICS will replace it with the same model.
- If the original model is unavailable, a replacement with a model of equal or lower value will be provided.
- Warranty Requirements:
- The product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories, such as:
- User manual
- Warranty card
- Charging cables (if applicable)

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Products exceeding the 2-years warranty period.
- Mismatched product details between the power bank and purchase receipt.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
- Damage caused by natural disasters or unforeseen incidents.
- Improper storage, maintenance, or modifications.
- Damage caused by abnormal operating conditions.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly by third parties.
- Altered, unclear, or missing warranty documents that prevent verification of warranty status.
- Damage not related to design or manufacturing defects.
